The room was spacious and had a seating area, work desk, and a comfortable couch bed. The breakfast was great with a nice variety of hot options. The staff was very friendly and provided helpful advice about the city. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants.

The breakfast had a great selection of hot food, perfect for everyone's taste, and the hotel's location was convenient, near Middleboro and shopping outlets, right in the heart of town.

I greatly enjoyed my stay during a recent business trip. the rooms were reasonably large, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. - the staff was ready to assist and very friendly. - the hotel is in a marvelous location in the middle of Jackson. - the venue offered great prices.

I loved the comfortable bed in the room. The hotel was in a great location, close to outlets, Boston, and Middleboro. Additionally, it was only 3 miles away from Poquoy Brook Golf Course.

The location was convenient, close to the highway and easy to get around. The room was comfortable with a cozy bed and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options. We also enjoyed the free showtime and the little couch in the room. it was a nice stay.

The elevator was in need of updates and was out of service on the day we checked out.

Noise if av/heater in the room. Ever time it went on, I had to turn up to TV loud to hear over the heating ) :

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Teara at the front desk, was fabulous and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. She was informative and even upgraded us to a beautiful and spacious suite. The hotel facilities were great, with a Starbucks coffee for breakfast and made-to-order sandwiches. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Not one thing could be faulted.

The location was good.

This is my second stay. The first time the fire alarm went off at 8 am the first day and housekeeping came into the room without knocking the second day. I attempted the breakfast this time but the buffet was a mess, nothing cleaned up, no napkins, dirty tables and no one attending it.

Staff was cordial. Room was ready on arrival.

Very tired atmosphere. Rooms need updating. Given the state of the hotel it was terribly overpriced. Free breakfast not worth visiting.
